Metal Stamping Pinnacle Precision Technology excels in providing precision metal stamping services, a cornerstone of our expertise. To handle a wide array of projects, Pinnacle Precision Technology operates eleven open-back, inclinable presses. The majority of these presses are equipped with automatic material feeds and straighteners. Our presses allow us to efficiently process a broad spectrum of materials up to 12 inches in width and with thicknesses reaching 3/8 inches.
Metal Fabrication Pinnacle Precision technology offers comprehensive metal fabrication services, encompassing a range of processes like cutting, bending, and assembling metal structures and components. Our team is well-versed in metal fabrication processes such as: TIG/MIG Welding – offering Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welds for strong bonds. Projection Resistance Welding – welding using heat and pressure providing aesthetically pleasing welds. Deburring and Burnishing - burrs, fins, and inconsistencies are removed from metal parts.
Machining Our precision machining services use advanced equipment to produce consistent, quality parts adhering to highly accurate dimensions and features for even the most demanding applications. In-house machining services include: Drilling – a fundamental process, when simple to complex holes need to be added to parts. Reaming and Boring - finishing processes to refine or enlarge existing holes within a part. Tapping – creating internal threads within a pre-drilled hole so screws, bolts, and fasteners can be utilized.
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) For intricate shapes and hard-to-machine conductive materials, Pinnacle Precision Technology's Wire EDM services provide unparalleled precision. This technology uses an electrically charged wire to cut through metal, enabling the creation of complex contours and fine details that traditional machining cannot achieve. The Wire EDM process is particularly useful for cutting hard-to-machine materials resulting in close tolerances and minimizing burrs on finished parts. Allowing for material versatility, reduced material waste, and a high-quality surface finish without custom tooling requirements, Wire EDM is an outstanding choice for part production.
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Turning Our CNC turning centers are sophisticated tools engineered to manufacture highly accurate cylindrical components. This is achieved through a process where a workpiece is rapidly rotated at a controlled speed while a stationary or moving cutting tool removes material to achieve the desired shape and dimensions. This automated process significantly enhances accuracy and ensures exceptional consistency across large production runs. Furthermore, the precision of the CNC turning process minimizes material waste compared to traditional machining methods.
